I've been meaning to show you all this picture for ummm like 6 months now. So, today is the day. Here's the picture that we bought while in Ethiopia. I'm SO happy that we bought this canvas. It's a picture of the road to the U.S. Embassy. So, we thought it was meaningful & beautiful. We absolutely love it and I think it will be a great gift to give Jaxson one day.

I gotta still get ours out of the tube and mounted :( I was just telling Paul & DeeDee the same thing this weekend when they passed through and got to see Ms. Olivia again:) I know, that's a post in itself ... sigh ... maybe over the holiday. Wait ... prolly not since I most likely have to WORK ... grrrr.
Find me that 'add 3 hours to a day' tree and I may be able to get one in. Time to get back to work :(
Where did you get it when you were there? The Italian place? Or somewhere else? It is beautiful!
Really beautiful. Do you know who the artist is? Would like to look for something like this while we're there. Were you able to ship it home or did you travel with it? So many questions, sorry. :)
why do I not remember you getting that one??? I thought you got something different-hmm, oh well. Ours is up on our far wall-I should take a picture and post it up,too! We get lots of compliments on it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the one you got!!!

Love it! Ours has been framed and sitting/leaning safely in a corner for about 5 months now. ;)
