Today was the little man's 1st Birthday! We spent the day just hanging out as a family, it was really nice and very much needed. My grandpa is not doing well, so stress & emotion levels have been very high. So... here are some pictures from our day...

I wish we could be there to celebrate! I love the last pic, totally my favorite. And I have still not mailed his gift that is sitting on my kitchen table b/c I am a horrible slacker who is never ever on time for anything, boo. But I WILL send it!!!!!

We kept Melat's birthday small too. Sometimes its just better that way!
I see he ate his cake...Melat only licked frosting off her fingers and spit the cake part out, little stinker! Course, she still has no teeth....
