We got our referral packet - woot woot!! I came home on my lunch hour and it was sitting nice and pretty inside the door. I tore it open to check out all the paperwork we have ahead of us. It's not too bad - I'll be speedy mcspeederson and get it all done and in!
I'm very excited for Saturday because we have a baby shower!! What a fun week, huh? Referral on Monday and a shower on Saturday!! :) The shower was obviously already planned, but perfect timing for sure! I'm so excited to see everyone and celebrate baby "P"!!

I'm staring out my window waiting to see the ups man. My packet didnt make it out of AGCI on wednesday : { . Also hopeing for an email from christy today with more pictures. I wish i knew who the last family back from ethiopia..they brought home a very important disc of pictures.
aww he is sitting in the rainforest baby bouncy seat! We had that seat for our son and it was his absolute favorite place to be until he learned to sit up! Is it weird that I am getting teary because HH has the same baby stuff I do? Praying that your little one enjoys that set as much as mine did until he finds his new favorite spot in your arms!
Yeah...I love baby showers....and yes, I'm crazy to give two in the same weekend...I think my hubby wants to kill me :) He'll be cleaning the house all day on Saturday while I'm giving the first shower in Kentucky...Then I told him we were all invited to a family dinner party tonight in the neighborhood...He wasn't very excited...We'll be ready for rest on Sunday night....but, oh wait...a friend just emailed to see if they could come over on Monday morning for a play date...it never slows down around here, ha. kristi
Yeah my refferal packet is here to..ups snuck in and out like a theif in the night haha. This is the tinyest packet AGCI has sent yet and by far the most important to me.

We just got our referral yesterday...maybe we'll be traveling together!!
I think the lunch has been rescheduled.
My best guess is that we will get our referral sometime in either February or March. There are still families waiting who had their dossiers sent over in May, so I in the group after that.
I cannot wait to see pics of your little guy!!
